About Ellen Concannon...

Born in Eich municipality in the Alzey-Worms district of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany on a chilly day in late December, 1946. The eldest daughter of Wilhelm & Elizabeth Seibel, the loving & devoted sister to Gudrun.

Ellen Concannon (née Seibel) was a woman of extraordinary warmth, intelligence, and grace. Born with a deeply giving spirit, she dedicated her life to helping others - through her charitable work, her boundless support of family and friends, and her unwavering compassion. Ellen was a devoted mother, a fiercely loyal friend, and a vibrant soul whose laughter and insight touched all who knew her. Even in the face of her own challenges, Ellen remained focused on others - advocating for equality and equity from her youngest years to her last, ensuring her legacy would be one of action, hope, and love.
